Shipping policy
Delivery time
All orders are shipped within 4 working days. We are dependent on an external party for deliveries, delays can occur.
Worldwide shipping
We offer worldwide shipping for an extra fee, and we are not responsible for any further taxes or duties.
Postal company and Track and trace
We deliver our packages with the postal companies DHL/PostNL. You will receive a confirmation of the shipment by email. This email contains the track and trace code. This is a link from DHL/PostNL.
Received a wrong item/missing an item
You may send us an email stating your order number and indicating which item you have received incorrectly and which item you are missing. We will look into this for you and ensure that you receive a response within 24 hours during our opening hours. info@palestinianthobe.nl
Return policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to ship it to us. After 14 days we don’t accept the return. To be able to return it, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. IMPORTANT NOTE: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other additional charges incurred during shipping or return are also the responsibility of the customer. The shipping cost and the return cost is for the customer, this will not be reimbursed. If our returns policy is not met, we reserve the right to return shipments and charge shipping costs.
Note, sale items are not refundable, sale items cannot be returned.
Please be advised that once an order has been placed it can’t be cancelled or changed.
Return policy rules (If the returned item does not meet our return policy requirements, 30% of the value of the damaged item will be deducted.)

The item is undamaged, unused, unworn, unwashed, without perfume, food or make-up stains.

It is not missing any accessories or parts.

The original labels, tags and/or stickers still attached.

Sale items are not refundable, sale items cannot be returned.

Items will be returned within the 14 day returns policy.
If you would like to return your item, please send an email to info@palestinianthobe.nl with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will assist you from there.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, then your refund will be processes and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. IMPORTANT NOTE: Remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. It can take up to 7 days.
