Palestinian thobe is responsible for the processing of your personal data. This concerns personal data of every user and/or visitor to the website and every consumer who places an online order via the www.palestinianthobe.nl web-shop. Any personal information received will only be used to fulfill your order.  

The personal data processed by Palestinian Thobe include: 

  • The data provided by you when placing an order, such as name, e-mail address, address, telephone number, country of residence, any other information that the user voluntarily enters in the online store forms and any other information that the user later voluntarily adds to their profile. IMPORTANT NOTE: Palestinian Thobe is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness and currency of the information entered by the user.   

Cookies and IP-addresses  

At the start of each visit to our web-shop Palestinian Thobe assigns each user a cookie for identification, to control the shopping cart and to ensure traceability. Cookies are stored in the server’s memory only for the duration of the visit to the web-shop and are deleted after an hour of inactivity. Palestinian Thobe may also store persistent cookies on the user’s computer or device, such as the encrypted user identification number to identify the user on the next visit to the online store or product review, allowing the user to know which items he has already reviewed and indirectly also external cookies from Google Analytics that serve to analyze website visits. Palestinian Thobe may use this data in an anonymous summary form for statistical analysis purposes. For online security Palestinian Thobe also collects IP addresses from which users access the online store.

Unless Palestinian Thobe is obliged to keep personal data for longer on the basis of a legal obligation. Marketing data is not stored for longer than 24 months.  

User rights  

Palestinian Thobe ensures that your rights are guaranteed. You can request to change, move, add or delete your data. Unless a legal obligation dictates otherwise.

Palestinian Thobe has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect users. Palestinian Thobe also works with reputable parties as Shopify for proper processing of your order and your payment transactions.   

Data processors and transfer 

Your personal data is processed in the European Union. We have concluded the correct data processing agreements with sub processors and take reasonable steps to ensure they have appropriate data privacy and security measures in place. In the unlikely event that, personal data is nevertheless processed outside the European Union, we ensure that the correct protective measures are taken to protect this personal data. More specifically, we will comply with the model clauses of the European Commission.   

Changes  

Changes to this privacy policy will be published on the website.
